Lonny Sternberg got his love of food from working in the food industry for many years and experiences in travel. Through these experiences to other countries he saw the real quality and craftsmanship that goes into each dish and simplistic preparation can be truly excellent with good ingredients that are hand grown or farm raised. He has truly found pleasure in these simple, high-quality ingredients that put forth flavor profiles that allowed him to really appreciate the meal.
Appreciating craftsmanship in all things is something Lonny puts a lot of emphasis on and his love of older cars and motorcycles is also something that occupies his time when he isn’t working. Lonny Sternberg also enjoys hiking, mountain biking, community involvement and continued learning about business.
